Pixie—already widely known in alternative art circles for her surreal sculptures and visual art—started writing songs to keep the demons at bay and celebrate the beautifully broken. Together with producer and co-writer Matt Prior, the two built a world of distorted guitars, haunting synths, and vocals that pushed the limits of vulnerability.
After a string of DIY releases and striking visuals that turned heads online, Babyteeth’s debut album arrived in 2025, marking the duo’s evolution from a bedroom project to a fully realized vision. Their songs explore lost innocence, disconnection, and survival—finding light in the cracks and connection in the noise.
Babyteeth have brought their sound to the stage showcasing at festivals such as POP Montreal and M for Montreal, with plans to tour in 2026. Built entirely through word of mouth and an ever-growing online following, their music has reached millions of listeners and viewers across streaming platforms and social media.
